Non Combatant Bearer (NCB)

NCB is non combatant bearer. Before 1st February 2012 there pay will be fix on the basic pay scale of Z-3 (same as grade 1). Non Combatant Bearer (NCB) allow to grant only 4 increments and after completion of 4th increment their basic pay will remain constant after their grant 2nd contract their basic pay go upto 6th increment but it keep in mind, its very important point on the granted year of 2nd contract their basic pay remain same as on 4th increment is due on that particular pay scale, and their basic pay go upto 6th increment. After they got 6th increment of his service it remain same entire his service. 

But on 1st February  2012 they grant Z-1 (same as grade 3) and their basic pay fix on lower amount they taken in Z-3 and remaining amount given in personal pay. In Z-1 they grant increment of regular basis on 1st December.

How to do it:-

1. Enter date of appointment in same format as mentioned in date of appointment day, month (short format Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec)  and year should be either complete that is 1996 or short for example just enter last figure of the year that is 96 (eg 22 Apr 10) and grade either Z-1 or Z-3.
2. On 1st February 2012 their grant Z-1, it is very important their basic pay fix on lower amount they taken in Z-3 and remaining amount given in personal pay.  
3. After grant of 2nd contract, you should just enter the date of 2nd contract and his grade automatically become Z-3.
4. Report will be ready or generated  on blink of the second.

Pay and Allowances

            Non Combatant Bearer (NCB) will be employed in z-1 pay scale with annual increments. they will be entitled to any regulars /special pay raised or special increment /adhoce allowance like all other civil personnel enrolled in Army by the Government from time to time those recommended from existing Non Combatant Bearer (NCB) will be merged in the new cadre . their pay and allowance will be brought at par with Non Combatant Bearer (NCB) through necessary adjustment in increments that is their pay will be so fixed in the scale applicable to them in the lower pay scale at a stage which would bot be less that existing pay being drawn by the individual in higher pay scale.
