How use Pay fixation with due drawn and Adhocs

This calculator can fix the pay of Pakistan federal government civil servants and provincial of civil servants from BPS-01 to BPS-21. Calculator  can fixed the pay without any hard work, any table of revised pay scale or any headache in just few minutes. Entering data on first should enter by double click in front of date of appointment cell. Civil servant just enter his data according the format for example date should be written in day month (short format )  and in year cell should just enter last figure of the year (eg 22 Apr 10) with out any dash (-), comma (,), slash (/) or any special characters. Application  itself converted date into system format. In grade column one should just pouch numbers for example (17) application automatically converted grade into BPS-17 or use to select the grade with drop down menu. And further more in Option/Add Inc column are dedicated  for events happened on particular date in the service, for example employees promotion or appointed for new job in different grade etc.

On Educational/Add increment you should enter date , which is day month (short format )  and in year cell just enter last figure of the year (eg 22 Apr 10) and  Option /Add inc you should enter how many increment you will get for example educational increment are from FA to MA is this case you should type (6) in Option/ Add inc column and any other increment flow in this category you should follow the side procedure . 

As Government servant enter data in the application, it itself provide you result in quick sessions, Whenever any event happened in the services for example Revision of Pay scale, promotion ,with option , without option, time scale or any up gradation in blink of seconds its generated the report of whole service. 

1.   On Educational/Add increment you should enter date , which is day month (short format )  and in year cell just enter last figure of the year (eg 22 Apr 10) and  Option /Add inc you should enter how many increment you will get for example educational increment of FA is two(2), in this case you should enter two (2) in Option/ Add inc column and any other increment flow in this category you should follow the side procedure. Report will be generated whenever basic pay has any change either its change due to promotions, revision of pay scale, educational (which ceased 1^st December 2001), additional increments according to the grade.   

1.   If no increment is allowed due to any misconduct or LFP you should and use Educational/Add increment Rows. You should enter date , which is day month (short format )  and in year cell just enter last figure of the year (eg 22 Apr 10) and  Option /Add inc you should enter how many increment less for example you are in LFP of one year in this case you should enter negative figure eg. (-1) in Option/ Add inc column and any other loss flow in this category you should follow the said procedure.

Civil fixation is complete package for pay fixation plus with Due/Drawn with their difference in basic pay and their adhoc related difference according to the dates and difference in grade.

First should entre current drawn basic pay of servant according to grade after releasing that servant taken less or more basic pay according to grade. There should be many reasons for this may some time servant up gradation is due but lack of office admin take up there cases and official remain same pay scale which is loss of there itself and their family. And their parent office cashier make hurdles to initiate there cases
