How to add LPR in civil pay fixation

Step 1  Double click on date in front of Date of appointment and Grade



Step 2 If officer on LPR for one year than enter in Edu/Anomaly/ Add increment date in which increment not allowed in this enter date of first December and year







Step 3:  In Grade cell Click Edu/Anomaly/ Add increment after Date 


Step 4:  Enter the same grade in which grade is not allowed.

Step 5:  In Option/Add Inc enter -1, because on increment date one applicable and in this situation one increment is less. System first back one step increment on 1 Dec year and then on the same date 1 Dec year add the increment.

As you can see on  Edu/Anomaly/ Add increment on 1 dec 20 is on less increment  30370/- and then on Annual increment of 1 dec 20 is  32670/-  its come back again on the same amount of 1 Dec 19 is 32670/-
