1. Select the Grade from drop down menu.
2. Enter the gross salary with out any arrears and select the month from same gross salary which you enter in the gross salary cell
3. Select the HRA if included in your salary than select yes other wise No and select the ration of percentage according to the area if you were in special city the select 45% other wise select 30% this percentages are also including which govt enhance  the 50% in both percentages. 
4. Conveyance select Yes or NO according to their salary .
5. Enter and rebates if you are teacher then you will get 25% teacher rebate,
